“My first ever trip to the mountains was to Chakrata, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The trip was extremely well managed. Even though the weather didn’t allow us to trek to Mohilla Top, the backup itinerary was thoughtfully planned and executed. A special mention to our captain, Lovelit (Lalit), who was an incredible guide throughout the trip. He was empathetic, kind, fun-loving, and always collaborative. He even gave me the time and space to do my live paintings during the trip, which meant a lot to me. They say Kanaser Forest has fairies, and honestly, I think he might be one of them. The stay itself was peaceful with a stunning valley view, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Another thing that made the trip special was the people. I usually never have anyone capture my work-in-progress paintings, but my whole gang enthusiastically helped me take photos and videos. Those little moments made the trip even more memorable. Celebrated Holi with Enlive and its been special as I celebrated after 6+years. It’s been a week since I returned, but I still feel incredibly calm and refreshed. This trip truly felt like a reset.”
