Cancellation for Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
  • Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days remaining before the travel or service date.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, taxes, and non-refundable service fees.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Certain bookings such as flight tickets, hotel reservations, permits, or special event bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation by Company

  • In rare situations, we reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, customers may receive an alternative date, travel credit, or refund as applicable.

No Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to appear on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund will be provided.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
  • Additional charges may apply for date changes or modifications to the booking.

Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political disturbances, or transportation disruptions.
